Global Parametrics Limited (GPL) is a limited liability company registered in England and Wales with registered number 10896407 and Group VAT Reg. No: 288 8156 45 (the representative member is GPL’s parent undertaking, Global Parametrics Holding Company Limited). GPL’s registered office is at 1 Lime Street, London EC3M 7HA United Kingdom.

Mirabella Financial Services LLP, a firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, acts as the Manager to the Natural Disaster Fund and has seconded the investment team at GPL to manage the Natural Disaster Fund. Any references made in this document to GPL (or to any other member of the GP Group of Companies) being the “Manager” or “Advisor” of the Natural Disaster Fund should be interpreted as Mirabella Financial Services LLP acting as the Manager to the Natural Disaster Fund and having seconded to it the portfolio management team at GPL to manage the Natural Disaster Fund.

Global Parametrics Risk Solutions Germany GmbH (GPRS) is a limited liability company registered in Germany with registered number HRB 10689. GPRS’s registered office is at 110 Kamener Strasse, 59425, Unna, Germany.

Applicable laws and consents

This Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in a court located in London.

Users specifically acknowledge that its use of the Site may be subject to applicable law and to the rules and regulations of various stock exchanges and regulatory authorities, as well as restrictions imposed by various data providers, any or all of which may restrict such use. Users agree to identify and obtain any agreement, approval, license or permit from which may be so required, at their own expense.

General

GP reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the site or any Materials in any respect. GP shall have no obligation to take the needs of any user into consideration in connection therewith.

GP reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.

No waiver by GP of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in a writing signed by its duly authorised representative.

We welcome whistleblower reports drawing attention to instances of failure relating to our activities, system and procedures and those of the entities with whom we work or providing examples of misconduct.

Visitors to our websites

When someone visits www.globalparametrics.com we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone.
